Developing future generations of creatives
The Jubilee Fellowship was a program dedicated to unlocking the potential of young creatives and equipping them with skills to create impactful change through storytelling.
The Jubilee Fellowship is an immersive content and film mentorship program created by Jubilee Project, the non-profit arm of Jubilee Media. Global participants are given the opportunity to produce a short film or piece of media content while learning from industry professionals through hands-on workshops, speaker series, and feedback sessions. The goal is to empower and uplift a generation of storytellers who will make content to inspire change. At the time, the program was fairly new and aimed to establish an infrastructure that could be scalable.
Serving as the Assistant Director, I oversaw program logistics and operations, supported session ideation and programming, provided creative development feedback for participants, and founded the alumni-relations network for all participants to connect and collaborate post-Fellowship.
Achievements include:
✦ Successfully implemented a sustainable program template that would be reproduced beyond my tenure.
✦ Created a safe and honest environment for participants to show up as their most authentic selves to deliver their best work
✦ Oversaw 45+ participants and developed 10+ short films and pieces of content
